Cascina al Colle is an organic farm whose 12 hectares extend along the surrounding hills.

There, vine, olive trees, artichoke fields, fruit trees and all sort of vegetables are  farmed following a non-intensive farming process, without the use of GMOs and a complete respect for the environment even in the farming technique.
