B'io Piaccio is the brand created by Piasotti to sell its products in Italy and all over the world.
The company was established in 2004 in Romagna thanks to an idea of Pasquottis family, which then moved to Fossoli di Carpi (MO) where is the current plant. In 2017 Gruppo Maggioli joined, to let Piasotti improve both production and sales.
The main characteristic of B'io Piaccio’s 100% natural products is the use of Dymanized Water: it’s a water with unique properties, which let them avoid any added yeast or chemical ingredient.
Products are light but tasty, thanks to such patented process, which lets the products be healthy and easily-digestible.
Every item is without GMO, preservatives, yeast, lard, palm-oil.
Biscottificio Belli was founded by Enzo Belli in 1958, who exploites the bakery knowledge he got from his grandparent Aristide, in order to start his own artisanal business.
The specialties he prepares are the ones that belong to the Tuscany bakery traditions: Cantuccini cookies made with almonds and leavened cakes made using sourdough.
Biscottificio Belli has been always preparing our cantuccini cookies following a few, essential rules: using genuine and selective raw materials, being loyal to the authentic recipe, caring for the whole production process in order to ensure the final quality and taste of our cantuccini.
Biscottificio Belli's Cantuccini are also certificated as PGI almond Cantuccini Toscani.

Vecchio Forno Italiano is located in Southern Tuscany. During the years Vecchio Forno Italiano has remained faithful first and foremost to Maremma Toscana, to the fine raw materials this territory offers and to the traditional and artisan processing.
Vecchio Forno Italiano produces a wide range of both traditional and innovative cookies and biscuits, for breakfast, tea-time or dessert.
Beside these, the customers can also delight with an extraordinary Panettone or other cakes typical of the Italian and Tuscan tradition.
