An EXPORT PLAN is defined for each member company,
which summarises the current outlook, objectives and activities
to be performed by the member company within the Consortium.
Each EXPORT PLAN in fact describes the collective and individual
promotional activities that will be developed for the Partner,
as well as other services that can be utilised by the company
to expand their business in foreign markets.
The Plan also includes an indication of the budget for the implementation of said activities.
